Devan earned his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Florida A & M University and has since spent decades working in business development and the growth of unique pharmacy products and modern medical services, including Condition Targeted Nutraceuticals. Additionally, Devan uses his pharmaceutical skills by proudly volunteering at the non-profit Judeo-Christian Health Clinic of Tampa as a pharmacist.

Devan has been recognized as a Schering Plough Scholar, winner of the Pfizer Outstanding Leadership Award, Fellow of the American College of Apothecaries, and Adjunct Clinical Pharmacy Professor to Florida A & M University students. Devan remains active with various healthcare organizations.

He also graciously serves as a Board Member for the Indo-American Foundation of Tampa Bay, a non-profit aimed at helping promote educational, cultural and volunteering opportunities in the community focused on children.
